DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our average dispatch time is 3-5 workings days of your order being placed, however we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours where possible. Please notify us within the notes section of your order if it is urgent so that we can advise you on an accurate delivery time.

When is my item coming back into stock?
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, you will receive an email update from our Dispatch Team with an estimated timescale.

How do I know when my delivery is arriving?
All orders will be sent with tracking by Royal Mail or DPD. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If your order is sent by DPD, you will receive an email and text notification with a hour's time slot for delivery. Alternative options will be provided, such as 'leave with neighbour' or 'change my delivery slot'.

I live outside of mainland UK - can I still order a Roma product?
Add an item to your basket to estimate shipping costs within Europe. For the rest of the world, please contact us with your address details and potential order for a postage quote. All overseas orders will be subject to additional shipping costs. Overseas shipping is non refundable or covered under warranty terms whether the item is faulty or not required.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We hope you will love the Roma range, but if you are dissatisfied with any of our products we offer a repair or replacement service on all pushchair frames and car seats for the first 12 months of purchase. Proof of purchase maybe required.

Roma will arrange the first collection under warranty free of charge. If you miss the collection there is a charge of £20 per collection missed so please provide a suitable time and location. Where an item has to be returned to us for inspection/repair (either under warranty or chargeable), Roma is not liable to provide the customer with a loan item. Overseas shipping is not refundable or covered under warranty terms whether the item is faulty or not required.

There is a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days where you can return your item if you have changed your mind. A full refund is offered when goods are returned in unused condition in the original packaging within 14 days. A courier collection may be arranged at a cost of £20 for mainland UK Zone 1.  If you miss the collection there is a charge of £20 per collection missed so please provide a suitable time and location.

If your Roma product is found to be faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Any unsatisfactory or missing items from the order must be reported within 14 days.

Within 6 months of purchase, you are entitled to a repair or replacement of your item. This is with exception to any general wear and tear or customer misuse. The Roma warranty does not include seat liners, raincovers, insect nets, shopping baskets, cupholders, foam/leather handles and all zips. These items are subject to a standard 30 day warranty.

If you are outside of your warranty period, please contact us on sales@romaprams.co.uk and we will endeavour to assist you. There may be a small charge for this service.
